Painting process for raw panels
Some distributors ask for the instruction and notes for application of the unfinished panels for installation and painting process for wall covering and in furniture fabrication process.
For the raw finished wall panels, they can’t be painted directly, it will be very fuzzy on the surface if we paint directly on the raw finished wall panels. The following process are recommended:
1) sand the raw wall panels
2) put putty onto the panels, sand it after dry
3) repeat the process 2) 3-4 times
4) paint it with PU paint
