What is the grade of MDF does pangu use?
There are numerous kinds of MDF in Chinese raw material market, Pangu always select the top quality MDF for our 3d wall panels.
From the environmental aspect, MDF can be divided into E0, E1 and E2 degrade, the nominal MDF we select is E2 grade, but E1 and E0 are also available for Pangu, the cost of E0 and E1 grade MDF will be higher than E2 grade MDF.
From the fire resistant aspect, MDF can be divided into fire resistant MDF and without fire resistant MDF. In China, the fire resistant grade can be divided by A, B, and C grade, and each grade have several sub grade, for example, we have B1, B2 and B3 grade MDF.
Why the price of 3d wall panels are vary
On the one hand, the price of 3d wall panels are vary from pattern to pattern, because the sculpting time of different patterns are different, take WP3017 and WP3114 as an example, thought they looks like are similar in somehow, however, the carving time for these two items are totally different, the carving time for WP3114 is much longer than WP3117, in that case, the cost of WP3114 is higher than WP3017.
On the other hand, the polish time of different patterns are also different, some patterns are easy to polish, while some of them are not so easy to polish. take WP3001 and WP3105 as an example, these two items are also look similar in some how, but in fact WP3105 is more time consuming to polish, that is why the price of WP3105 is higher than WP3001.
Painting process for raw panels
Some distributors ask for the instruction and notes for application of the unfinished panels for installation and painting process for wall covering and in furniture fabrication process.
For the raw finished wall panels, they can’t be painted directly, it will be very fuzzy on the surface if we paint directly on the raw finished wall panels. The following process are recommended:
Improvement of packing
For quite a long time, we are quite annoyed by the packing problem of our panels, specially for decorative grille panels, compare to textured wall panels and sculptured wall panels, decorative grille panels get more cut by CNC machine, which made it weaker and easy to get damaged in the corner through transportation.

The problem has finally been fixed, we customize a kind of plastic armor from packing company, both 15mm and 21mm thickness are available now, by using the armor, we can highly decrease the ratios of being damaged from collision when loading or releasing containers.

What kind of paint can be used to add decorative color to the panels?
The nominal finish of PANGU 3d wall panels WP series and GP series is white paint finish, please select oily based paint for our panels.
