Does Pangu wall panels need to be fumigated?
Quite a lot of customers ask for fumigation when apply to the customs, their fears are unnecessary. Different from other solid wood wall panels, Pangu panels is made out of MDF, this kind of mdf wall panels are not original wood, according to the customs, this kind of material (mdf wall panels) needn’t to be fumigated.
Does Pangu Panels Need to do Commodity Inspection?
As Pangu Panels is made out of MDF, according to China Customs , this kind of material need to offer commodity inspection documents from China Commodity Inspection Bureau when applying for commodity exportation.
If the trade terms we offer is FOB or CIF or door to door, this procedure will be handled by PANGU, and if the trade terms is Ex-work, then the customer need to handle it by themselves, however, Pangu will be very willing to offer custom application assistance.
What is HS code of 3d wall panels?
HS code is a standardized multi-functional system to classify goods, universally applied by governments of all countries, international organizations and individuals in many other fields, such as domestic tax, trade policy, price control, quota control, budgeting, and economic research and analysis. Therefore HS Code becomes a universally recognized classification standard and economic language.
For Pangu 3d wall panels, there are two kinds of HS code can fit our wall panels:
1)4411939090 HS code for mdf wall panel 0f a density exceeding 0.5 g/cubic cm but not exceeding 0.8 g/cubic cm
2)4411149900 HS code for mdf wall panel of a thickness exceeding 9 mm
Please note that the above HS code is suitable for the raw material of MDF, some custom material such as solid wood, veneer or bamboo can not fit the above-mentioned HS code.
What is the package of pangu panels?
We have two kind of packages for our panels:
Package for standard finishes(white paint finish or primer finish): each panel is packed in one carton box, one layer of pearl cotton / bubble bag in between for cushion pack. Armet in the corner: selectable.
Package for raw finished panels: every two panels packed in one carton box, one layer of pearl cotton / bubble bag in between for cushion pack.

What is the external packing?
The external packing can prevent the wall panels from being damaged through transportation, specially for LCL shipment or air transport. The cost of external packing is an extra cost (the cost of internal packing is included in the panels). We offer 2 selections for external packing:
Selection 1 (recommended). – Made by professional packing company, the case (the image shown in below) is customized for LCL cargo, which can fit within 60 wall panels in standard size(1220mm*2440mm*15mm). this costly full case is made from plywood with aluminum alloy armet, it can well protect the wall panels from collision through ocean transportation. However, this is not our default package for LCL cargo, it is payable selection, and the cost is USD120 each.
Selection 2 (not recommended). Factory customized packaging box – Made by our worker, using plywood and mdf, it may not strong enough, the cost is USD 50 each.
