Quite a lot of customer ask for the capacity of 40 HQ container.

Well, for this question, I have to point out that before you placing the order, please check with us or check with your shipment company.  Because most of the shipment company have the maximum weight limited. Normally, for 20 feet container, the maximum weight limited is 17000KGS, and for 40 feet container, the maximum weight limited is 24000KGS.

Normally, a 20 feet container can fit around 450  textured wall panels in standard finish, or 500 panels in raw finish. and one full panel is around 30KGS (including packing), in this case, the total weight for 500 panels will be 15000KGS, so it is not excess the Maximum weight limited of 20 feet container.

However, a 40 feet container can fit around 900  textured wall panels in standard finish, or 1000 panels in raw finish. In that case, total weight for 900 panels will be around 27000KGS, and it will excess the maximum weight limited of 400 feet container.

In a world, to avoid maximum weight limited, we recommend taking two containers 20 feet instead of one container 40 feet.

Some customer may have questions when they find that the price of white paint finish panels are the same as primer finish panels, because they may thought that compare to primer finish wall panels, there is additional one more process for white paint finish wall panels – the last layer of painting.

Things are not like that. for primer finish panels, we will do additional one more time sanding process compare to white paint finish panels, to ensure the surface are excellent for painting for our customers. that means that the time of  process of white paint finish and primer finish are the same.

If you have enough space in your warehouse, we recommend to put our Pangu panels in horizontal position in order to avoid deformations. especially for our GP series, please don’t put them pressed by other heavy cargoes.
