Different raw finish 3d panels compare
We all know that Pangu panels are made from MDF panels, but you many don’t know that the quality is total different for raw finished 3d panels if we select different type of raw MDF panels.
There are 2 kind of raw finish 3d panels are put together in the following photo, need not to touch, we can find out in the first sight that the first one is much better than the second one. As we can see, the first one the grand of panel is smaller, so it comes out the smooth touching and the second one is very fuzzy.

Except from different raw mdf materials, the quality of the panels are also relative to the knife of the cutting machine and the quality of CNC machine, if the knife is very sharp and the CNC machine is good, then the raw finish 3d panel will come our perfect.
Pangu never save the cost at the expense of quality, so for the raw finish 3d panels, the CNC machine is the top quality, the raw mdf material we select is in high density and smaller grants.

White paint finish
NO.1 3d wall finishes – White paint finish: White paint finish is our standard finish, most of our distributors and customers like to take the panels in white paint finish, because they can use the panels directly or paint any color they like as soon as they receive the white paint finish panels.
Primer finish
NO.2 3d wall finishes – Primer finish: Primer finish panels are also popular for some furniture companies and some end users, primer finish panels can be painted in any color directly, some customer like to paint as their own test, primer finish is the one to meet their needs.
Veneer surface

What is raw wall panels?
Basically, other than our customers’ special requirement (i.e. some customer may like special size or color finish or other special finish wall panels), Pangu offers 3 kind of selections for our customers — white paint finish, primer paint and raw wall panels.
The raw mdf wall panels after being engraved by CNC router machine, this kind of panels we named it raw wall panels. Please note that raw wall panels can not be painted directly, they need to be sanded and plastered with putty several times before paint them.
