Wall Art Top Of The Pops
Wall decor and design revolution never stop, from classical to modern style, and now back to classical; from complicated to brief style, from focusing on beautiful to considering environmental protection and reusing materials as well… however, what is the top of the pops in wall paneling industry?
Pangu always focus on developing state of art wall panels and follow the latest trend of wall material industry, in the year 2015, by far we have introduced over ten new designs of textured wall panels, six new designs of decorative wall screens. Let’s discuss the trend of fashion wall based on the following item:
This is a new item of Pangu, it is also quite an interesting and disputable pattern, because the first image come to your mind about this image is “this is a copy of plant fiber 3d wall tiles”, well, the truth is really like what we think or the reverse? At the beginning, this pattern is original designed as a grille wall paneling pattern – GP4011, which is available over decades ago, at that time there is no 3d wall tiles made by bamboo pulp or sugarcane stalk, MDF 3d wall panel is the only material for this kind of style. In 2007, natural plant fiber 3d wall tiles came out to the market and suddenly becomes popular from that time, because it is a cheaper material, easy installation, and lighter material, which can be easily apply to the wall and ceiling, no matter you are a DIY fancier or layman, you can manager to decor your wall easily. Because of competition, more and more new items comes out and the designer start to get the idea form MDF wall panels and grille wall panels, then the copy of our grille pattern GP4011, they make similar item but made in different material, then it becomes popular in the market reasonably.
It is such a popular item that some designer want to make it in bigger pattern and in different material, thus Pangu again design out this pattern and make it in MDF material, it is heavier but the size in not 13″ * 13″, but 4′ * 8′, which has a better overall look when applied in interior covering.
Besides, there are some new material appearing in the market recently, such as leather surface wall panels and reclaimed materials. In the summer building material exhibition in Guangzhou 2016, we noticed that one booth who is used to make and sell reclaimed wood and solid wood furniture and start to supply reclaimed wood items.
This is the trend for today, what would be the next fashionable and popular design or material tomorrow, market will give us the answer.

Another two new screen wall designs coming – As a gift for 2013 Chinese new year holidays, we are very pleased to introduce two new screen wall designs to our designers, both of them are really interesting and innovative.
Sometimes your eyes are cheated by what you have seen in your fist sight, we can find some examples from certain interesting paintings, pictures or art works, today we transplant this kind of idea into our screen wall designs.

New screen wall design in 2013
This new screen wall design is named GP4028, we all know that it is made out in a flat MDF panel, however, it appears like two balls are dragged out by external force, giving an 3d effect from the flat panel.

New design – veneer design sheet
This is a customized design from a customer in Russia, stick a veneer sheet on the MDF, send it several times with white basic coat after carving the patterns, then paint clear lacquer and white paint, after that, send away the white paint and paint another clear lacquer – another kind of new veneer design sheets is coming out.

veneer design sheet in close look, the width of each “slot” is around 5mm, and the carving depth is also around 5mm, thus can make it easily applied as feature walls or cabinet doors.

Diamond-like Wall Panel Design
Another custom designs – Diamond-like wall panel design. this design is going to be applied in chest of drawers in a furniture company.
Don’t look down on this wall panel, it takes about 30 times engraving time than regular wall patterns, even through it looks very stunning, we don’t put them in our cataloger and sell them as regular designs. for firstly the cost is much higher, secondly it is too time-consuming that it will effect the factory delivery time of an order.
